This notice explains how TextGavel Inc., operating as Cyclon, handles information from this website and the early-access list.

When you request early access, we store your email address and the time of your request so we can contact you when places become available. We also keep any messages you send us to handle your inquiry.

When you submit the prototype questionnaire, we store your answers, email address, and any name, phone type, city, and demo preference you choose to share. We use these responses to improve Cyclon and, if you request a demo, contact you to arrange it. Draft previews do not send or store questionnaire answers.

We also store a hashed version of your network address with your request to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider may process connection data and logs to run and protect the website.

We use Vercel to understand site visits and page performance, including pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, and browser and device information. These tools do not use cookies. We do not send your email address or form contents to analytics.

We use service providers to host the website and store early-access requests and questionnaire responses, including Supabase.
